I think your sentence is basically fine, and quite natural, except perhaps "every" is a bit more common than "each" in this instance. You could make it slightly more succinct as follows: "Every week I take my mom on my scooter to a nearby monastery." OR "I take my mom weekly via scooter to a nearby monastery."
