Could someone help me with correcting this paragraph, please? Many charities and non-governmental organizations offer jobs in different fields and they pay employees well. But, many applicants struggle with applying for jobs because of long forms that are required to be filled out. That, in turn, impedes many people from applying for these jobs. I suggest changing that way of recruiting and replacing it by calling the candidate to an interview in order to take more information whenever it's necessary.
