Sometimes, I love English so much that I wish I was younger or had more than 24 hours to learn English. Sometimes, I am free but forget to learn English and sometimes, I am not really inspired to learn something repeatedly or something too difficult for me. I know, deep inside, I want to be good at English than any other wants. So, I have no way but to be dilligent, studious and hard working no mater what and no accuse.

Sometimes I have loved English so much that I wished myself younger and my days longer so I could learn more. If only! Besides impossible wishes, what is there that holds me back? Sometimes, with free time on my hands I forget, with that being my only excuse. At other times I remember, but lack sufficient inspiration to do the hard work. I have a deep yearning, beyond my other wants, to excel in English. If I make excuses, I will betray myself. I cannot do that. I must be true to myself. There is no alternative, no other course of action, no way out. The only choice for me is to be dilligent, to be studious and to do my utmost.
I like Present Perfect "Sometimes I have loved" because you are talking about experiences you have had (the experience of feeling a certain way). Present Perfect is perfect for discussing experiences.
"I wish I WERE younger", not "I wish I WAS younger". Many, perhaps even most, people ignore this "subjunctive mood" but don't ignore it yourself. It's not hard, and mastering it will give you enormous expressive power. Even though a majority in the U.S. is not capable of using it correctly, everyone does understand it when they hear it.
In the sentences "I wish myself younger" and "I wish my days longer" the adjectives "younger" and "longer" are predicative complements.
I prefer "excel in English" because you are thinking of a place. You want your mind to be "in" that place. (Not a real place, of course). "Excel at English" makes perfect sense but, in my opinion, "at" sounds more factual and less emotional than "in".

too difficult for me. I know, deep inside, I want to be good at English more than any

matter what with no excuses.
You can do it! 💪📚✏️
It is definitely important to listen to yourself and take breaks when needed. Maybe choose different methods of learning English to fit your mood and energy levels. For example, if you are not inspired to read or write in English, you may listen to English music or watch English television or movies. You can play video games or board games in English. When you notice something new or interesting try to make a note to remember to practice later during writing and speaking study.
This way you can have variety and avoid methods of learning that you may not be in the mood for during that moment. You may not learn as much if your mood and the method of learning do not match in that moment
Very minor corrections. Good luck 👍
