Hello, here is a brief conversation from the show The Office: I turned on the caption and hope it’s correct Dawn’s boyfriend: were you embarrassed when Tim asked you out? Dawn: I am kind of motivated for Tim more than me. My question is, what does “I am motivated for sb more than me.” mean? Can I interpret it as “I am enthusiasm to do some things pro-that person, more than do things for me”?

The captions are wrong. The word isn't 'motivated'. It's 'mortified'. Mortified means extremely embarrassed. She is not embarrassed herself but she is really embarrassed on Tim's behalf.
