Greetings and blessings.
Here my question:
When we say: "all fruit" is equivalent to "all fruits"?
The traduction directly to spanish is: Todo fruto and todos los frutos. But I like know if the plural work equal in english for it case or when use as "all" the substantives isn't write in plural but in singular.
Thanks for to help!

I'm not sure what the context is. It may be every fruit, every type of fruit. "All fruits" would mean the same as that. "All fruit" can also be said, but it may not mean the same thing.

“All fruit” means “nothing but fruit”. So, for example if I say “this jelly is all fruit”, it mean the only ingredients that it contains are fruits.
