"... which is around 76 km miles from St Vincent..." What does it mean? Are kilometres or miles finally meant? Or may it be a typo?

Maybe a typo. The writer got confused about which unit of measurement. However, it could be a punctuation mistake. Maybe: ... which is around 76km, miles from St Vincent ... i.e. spoken with a pause after '76km', then 'miles from St Vincent' said as an afterthought - really far from St Vincent.

Must be a typo. “km miles” does not make sense.
