Maybe because it has the same sound like 'jokey' ,but it doesn't mean it is funny though ,it sounds cute !

our mind is very fast in making connections, especially for a name that
is very rare or maybe not even existing.
Why not borrowing the name from a real person that you admire, like
a writer, scientist , ...
