Wine talk is the vocabulary and terminology people use when they are talking about wine. Wine connoisseurs discuss wine using a language that many people my find difficult to understand and sometimes the words they use have a different meaning in wine talk to what they normally mean in every day English. For example The 'nose' of a wine is how it smells.

I am interested in the answer too. This question needed a bit of context in my opinion.
