Can we say "see TV" instead of "watch TV" ?
How about "see a DVD" & "watch a DVD", and "see the TV program" & "watch the TV program". Are they interchangealbe?
Would you say "watch movie" or "see movie"?

see a film
see a DVD = see a DVD movie.
Have you seen the new movie yet? Have you seen the new DVD yet?
watch TV.
watch a DVD = watch a DVD on screen.
watch movie = watch a movie on screen.
Have you watched that new DVD yet? = Have you put that DVD in your player and watched it on the screen?

watching movie is correct and you cant use " see TV "
