" What do you doing," is not correct English. " What are you doing," is correct English.

What do you do?=what is your profession. I have not heard the first. we don't use modal verb with a gerund one. good luck

we say what do you do n not what do you doing n the difference between what do you do n what are you doing that the first one is in present simple and the second one is in the present continous
