"Would puddy tat wike a bowl of milk?" I don't understand this forever -ㅁ-.Is this some kind of babytalk? If it is please correct the sentence so I can read. thank you.^^*

"Would puddy tat wike a bowl of milk?" = Would pussy cat like a bowl of milk?
A cartoon character, a little bird called Tweety Pie, always talks like this. There's always a cat trying to eat him.
I tawt I taw a puddy tat = I thought I saw a pussy cat.
This sentence is known by everybody in England.
Garfield is using it to take the piss.
