"What is that mean?"
I heard this while I was watching a tv show. Well, it seems a little wrong to me... Should I keep on saying "What does that mean?" or Is it okay to say this one, too?

You probably heard "What's that mean?" which is a shorter version of "what does that mean?" Like Padraig said, saying "what does that mean" quickly could well sound like "what is that mean".
Of course, don't say "what-is-that-mean"; any native speaker will tell you it sounds incorrect.
