"ちゃう" is used as a Kansai dialect meaning "違う（ちがう）”。
Other than that, "ちゃう" is used as an informal feminine word.
ex. あきれる ＝ あきれちゃう 泣く ＝ ないちゃう 笑う ＝ わらっちゃう
