in a few hour's time How "in a few hour's time" is different from "in a few hours"? What does --' time mean?

The two phrases mean exactly the same thing. Sometimes people add words just to take more time to say something. The word 'time' is unnecessary after 'a few hours'. It is short for "in a few hours of time." Think about it. What else would hours be, but time? Better to be brief, as long as you are just as clear.
