resemble or reassemble? It's reassemble - it means the same as rebuild. (Resemble means to look simililar to). As for the telomere that the Chromosome is lost. (I think should be has lost). This means that it helps rebuild or reassemble the telomeres that the Chromosome has lost (as chromosomes can lose their telomeres which can result in a loss of the Chromosome itself).
