"It sounds good to me." and "It's okay for me." Both have same meaning?

They're about the same... although " It sounds good to me" is a bit more positive because "It's okay for me" might imply that it's not really so good, but merely acceptible.

Essentially, they do have the same meaning. However, "It sounds good to me," would often be considered a weaker and more passive response because is it not a definite yes or no.
