not including -haven't see you for a long time.
here is a common saying for it in China- long time no see- but I am wondering that is it right? and do you foreign friends accept the saying?well, it seams I made a mistake in the question, should I ask like this could you tell me there are any other ways to say 好久不见？

Actually, "Long time, no see" is a valid phrase in English and is used a great deal.  It would definitely be accepted by any native English speaker.  It's one of those phrases which translates very well from Chinese.
Another phrase that is used is "It's been too long.", which implies "It has been to long since we last talked (or saw each other).
