I am done = I am finished; I've had enough.
I'm done with that girl.
I'm done with my homework.
I'm done with all this stupid fighting.
I'm done. (after a good meal)

I am done + a gerund is not grammatically correct.
A gerund always ends in "ing"
For example : I am done eating is slang for I have finished eating
