You should notice the context and the question to choose correctly: A:Would you like SOME more tea?(Normally,in a question we use"any" but when it's "some"=>it mean the questioner had known surely that their invitation/...would be accepted ) B:Thank you.I've had MUCH.(This means we accept it too, when we use "Thank you.I've had enough" sounds we're refusing)

Would you like some more tea? Thank you. I've had enough.

some will work best with countable objects that are identical. Would you like some more twix candy bars? Any works best with uncountable or varied items. Would you like any more candy? or Would you like any more candy bars? if so, which kind?

The correct answer should definitely be B (some - enough), so I am sorry but I cannot help you there.
