هـ :is pronounced like a normal h ح: is pronounced like when you cough "ehm ehm "  خ: is pronounced like "Kh" in English or "Ch" in German غ:is pronounced like a French "R" or like gargle ذ:is pronounced like "th" in (the). ق:is harder than q ط:is a hard T ث:like a "th" in (thing) ك :is just a normal k ز:is like a normal Z There are no grammar rules that decide when you use them

ه : its like when you clean your glasses , you do like hhhhhh so its the sound of this one ح : i dont know if you can say this one already cause some people cant say it easily but cant give any advices for now خ: some can say it sounds like snoring lol but this wont either help ك : just try to say it soft like normal k :ق spell it harder than k ,, more likely to be Q ,,spelled from inside just make it look hard ٫ث: is like snake sound if you can do it :) ذ : like z in english (sounds like ze ) ط: like t but hard and more from inside idk if am helping but you should make it feel stronger and harder and deeper than normal t Are there any grammar rules that decide when each is used ?? they have nothing to do with grammar at all , they are just some letters ,so it depends on the word whether it already includes any of them or not

Its a good qs & i think u r an accurate student ! bec the letters that u have mentioned are either very close to each other i.e their articulation points r very close and bec of that u may feel confused. or some other letters have the same articulation point but they differ in their characteristics and the result is having different sounds for instance: the letters ح-خ-ه , all of them are emitted from the throat. BUT the letter ه is emitted from the lowest part of the throat ( its almost the same place of Adam's apple) the letter ح is emitted from the middle part of the throat its above the ه , so its above the Adam's apple. the mechanism of pronouncing the ح is: first put ء before pronuncing the letter ح i.e say ( أح) and repeat it several times. then try to pronunce it deeper and deeper till u reach the middle part of the throat and get the correct ح letter. I know its a little bit hard 4 non arab to pronounce this letter but by practicing إن شاء الله :) u will find it easy. the letter خ is emitted from the closest part of the throat , its close to the tongue BUT remeber that its present in the throat not in the tongue. the mechanism of pronouncing the خ is same as ح: first put ء before pronuncing the letter خ i.e say ( أخ) and repeat it several times. then try to pronunce it deeper till u reach the closest part of the throat and get the correct خ letter. I guess that u may also have some confusion with pronuncing the letter غ bec its also very close to the previous letters. I hope that you got some benefit from my explanation. wish u all the best

Arabic has some some of pronounce u don have it in your language ك its like k and ق its a bit different in pronunce ذ its like the and ث its like three ط its like t but heavy and ح u dont have this symbol in english خ its like kh ه itslike h
