What is the easiest way to learn Mandarin? Do I have to learn the Chinese characters first?
I found it hard to learn a language that doesn't use Roman alphabet.

Learn Chinese need to continue accumulating and then you will find the law. The most important thing is confidence.To be confident in yourself.

I agree with you .They are quite different.I think learning how to read it should be the first step.Then you can buy an exercise book to practice the strokes.

Use Tagalog language. It is easier than Chinese..

first, learn pin yin. when you can use pin yin well, then go to learn writing character~~~
