Almost! お会いいただき、ありがとうございました。 Just for your information, this is commonly used phrase in formal letter: 先日はお忙しいなかお時間を割いてくださり、ありがとうございました。 (meaning : Thank you for spending time for me when you must be busy the other day.) While 「お会いになる」is respective（尊敬語）, 「・・・てくれる」is not. It's unbalanced to use them together.
