The meaning of a word, expression. "See you again. Ta-ta..." What does "ta-ta" mean? For what is it used? Thanks.

It's some kind of "slang" way to say : bye bye. It's not in the dictionary but people tend to see things like this. so basicaly "ta-ta" = "bye"

It just means good-bye, mostly British English in usage. The expression may come from baby talk or from Swahili.
