A person with a mobility/physical disability has often been called a cripple, or lame in the past. Nowadays, people use the terms: wheelchair user, physically disabled, or a person with a mobility or physical disability

Lame is an adjective. It means unable to walk properly due to an injury in the leg or foot. It can be used to describe people or animals, but more commonly animals these days. e.g. The dog became lame after it was hit by a car. Cripple is a noun. it describes a person who cannot walk due to a disability in the lower part of the body. It is an offensive word these days, and not used. e.g. The little boy could not play football with the other children because he was a cripple.
