Ask is a transitive verb, so you'd never say "ask to someone". Ask whom? Ask you.

Neither of these sentences are really natural. You could say "What I'm asking of you and your husband is to come back soon." But it's more natural to just say "I'm asking you and your husband to come back soon."

Neither. You can say."What if I ask you and your husband to come back later?"
