Do Indian always call you "dear" ?
What I want to know is that is that common that an Indian guy alway call females dear? For me, I don't think it is. However, I want to know the truth.

In English, it's pretty rude to be familiar with people you don't know well. I think the guy calling you "Dear" needs a basic lesson in social skills.

Our pictures are sort of similar. I didn't like it when one Indian guy keep calling me dear after I said don't.

As an Indian myself I notice a lot of Indian guys do say that. Indian girls however do not.
