What is difference between... Hate and Despise Thank you.

Despise is stronger. It means that you hate someone or something and hold them or it in contempt - you believe that they are worthless. It brings an image of a stronger emotion than even hate. The equivalent of 'despise' would be 'hate with a passion'.
