聞道有先後-Sometimes they may only learn the things earlier than somebody else. It doesn't matter of how old are they. 術業有專攻-People major or good at different fields.It desn't true that you are stupided than others but just master to another domain.

One can be a master even at a young age because he has learned the things earlier than others. And one can be a master in his special field if he persists in. So age doesn't matter. It is never too old to be a student and it is never too young to be a master.
