Facial features are called "χαρακτηριστικά του προσώπου". We say "το μάτι/ τα μάτια" for eye/eyes, "η μύτη" for nose, "το στόμα" for mouth, "τα χείλια ή τα χείλη" for lips. (Το πρώτο ανήκει στον προφορικό λόγο περισσότερο./ "Χείλια" is more colloquial.) We also use the word το "αυτί/ τ' αυτιά" for ear/ears. Limbs are called literally "extremities", "άκρα". Hand/hands are "το χέρι/τα χέρια" and foot/feet are το "πόδι/τα πόδια" respectively...You have to be a strong speller for some of these. Π.χ. "χείλια" και "χίλια"(1,000), "αυτί" και "αυτή"(she) και "αυτοί"(they)!..
