The most important thing is putting an 's' on the end of "need". A good rule to follow is this:
You, I, or they? It stays the same.
He, she, or it? Add an 's'.
That is, you need, I need, they need, but he needs, she needs, it needs.
Anyway, other than that, it's mostly alright. There are a few little things that make the sentences sound awkward to me, but that's mostly due to them talking about a very technical subject. Any correction I'd make (other than the whole need/needs thing) is so small that you wouldn't even learn anything from it; you'll simply get ever-so-slightly better the more you speak and write.
