What happens with the phrase "so far" in the indirect speech? Does it change into until then or smth “My new house is supposed to be haunted, but so far I haven’t seen any ghosts,” she said. She said that her new house was supposed to be haunted, but until then she hadn’t seen any ghosts.

I think what's actually changing in this sentence is not direct/indirect, but present/past. Present - "My new house is supposed to be haunted, but I so far haven't seen any ghosts." Present - "She says here new house is supposed to be haunted, but so far she hasn't seen any ghosts." Past - "My new house was supposed to be haunted, but until then I hadn't seen any ghosts." Past - "She said her new house was supposed to be haunted, but until then she hadn't seen any ghosts."

In addition to all the answers given above, you can also say: She said that her new house was supposed to be haunted, but she hadn’t seen any ghosts yet.
