同じように = in the same manner as, so the sentence means that your seat can move (or lean) back and forth and right and left like something in the movie does that, that is, you can feel the movements in the same manner as the character(s) in the movie can feel the movements.
ようになっています means that all the seats in this theater have such functions (or features).
