What's the difference between "grow/grow up" and "raise"?

When you grow up you become an adult. You can raise your child to be an adult. That's the diffrence.
For example" When you see your aunt after long time she can say " Oh, you grew up".
When you aunt haven't seen your children for a long time and she want's to tell you that you did good job taking care of them she will say to you " You're raising your children very well"
