it is right:
Five times three is equal to fifteen
In spanish: cinco por tres es igual a quince

In Britain we say, 'Five time three equals fifteen.'
But, five times three is equal to fifteen is grammatically correct.
4/2=2
Four divided by two equals two.
2+2=4
'Two plus two is four' or 'Two plus two equals four'
5-3=2
'Five minus three equals two' or 'Five take three equals two'
5^2=25
'Five squared equals twenty five' or 'Five to the power of two equals twenty five'
√25 = 5
'The square root of twenty five equals five'
log (100) = 2
'Log one hundred equals two' or 'The log of one hundred is two'
Ln(e) = 1
'The natural log of E equals one' or 'The natural log of E is one'
