This is a bit of an idiomatic phrase, so translating it literally might confuse a Latin speaker. Thus "facti sumus invicem" might be understood as "We were each made in turn (alternately)."
You could say: Facti sumus ut una foremus. (We were made to be together.) or Creati sumus partes unius totius. (We were created as parts of one whole.)
