(누가:somebody) (무엇을:something) 후회할거야 = (somebody) will regret (something).
후회될거야: 후회하다 + 될것이다 = 후회하게 되다. + (future tense) = "Will happen to regret." This word has subtle meaning which cannot be translated to english exactly and may not used in casual conversations.
