We usually use "good-looking" and "handsome" for men, especially "handsome".
For women, we use "pretty", "lovely", "beautiful".
You'll hear "pretty" used a lot for particular things like eyes, face, hair. But you can also say "a pretty girl" for her overall appearance.
Lovely and beautiful are more grand than pretty. So for something as important as a wedding, you would probably use "lovely" or "beautiful".
C. and D. both work, but C. lovely is better.
