大体相同。
但追根溯源，
“要”的本意是一种主观意愿的体现。
而“會”仅仅表示将来。
请体会：
我明天要回家。i will go home tomorrow。
我明天會回家。i will go home tomorrow。
我明天不要回家。 i don't want to go home tomorrow。
我明天不會回家。i won't go home tomorrow。

谢谢大家。那要是有人说 “我明天要准备考试” （跟Irina一样的例子）意思是他想要准备考试吗？这个也是一个 “wish" 吗？ 还是一个需要？
