Is it true that women looking for a job often write "Bella Presenza" in their CVs??? Why and how does it work???

It's true. It means "good looking". You have to know that in Italy only 5% of the top managers are women, so the 95% prefer a good looking woman.
Then in the last years the companies require bella presenza even for men: times are changing.
