I have been learning English from 6 years. Is it correct?
Or maybe it's better to say since.
I have read- I know English from 6 year. Is it correct?

A lot of languages use "since", "from", and various tenses to express this idea. It sounds like a non-native speaker translating directly from his/her L1 into English (what L2, L3 learner can't sympathize?). As Steve mentions, for duration, use "for":
I've been studying English for six years. *but*
I've been studying English since 2007.
From/Since the dawn of time, people have been questioning the meaning of existence.
