Ex: 有沒有人告訴你? (Has anyone told you?) *You can use 有沒有 to indicate question form of "to have or not to have". You can use this form for almost any form, rather than using 嗎 to ask a question, just use V + 不/沒 + V. Ex: 你今天有沒有空？ and 你今天有空嗎？both mean "Do you have time today?" but are just different ways of expressing the same question.

For example. A girl said to a a boy, No matter you have money or not, I will marry you. 不管你有没有钱我都嫁给你。 bùɡuǎn nǐ yǒuméiyǒu qián wǒ dōu jià ɡěi nǐ。 John

It means do you have. 你有没有空？Do you have some time？ 你有没有之后可以加一些东西，Do you have something？
