it means you are making fun of him. But if he said it after you praise him, he just try to be modest, it means you over praise him.

拿: 掌握﹑主持﹑操縱。如：「拿權」﹑「拿主意」。
開心 : 取笑、開玩笑。如：「別尋他開心。」
「哪知到所有姊妹當中，她的心路最多，一句開心，讓她臉色陡然生變。」
"拿"某人開心= "尋"某人開心
即 開某人玩笑 / 逗樂某人
或者 捉弄某人 / 對某人惡作劇 之意
「別在那裡尋他開心了！沒看到他心事重重的模樣嗎？」
「別在那裡拿他開心了！沒看到他心事重重的模樣嗎？」
「別在那裡尋大家開心了！沒看到大家心事重重的模樣嗎？」
