1 - Are these all initials?
Initials : b - p - d - f - g - k - m - n - l - h - t - r - c - s - z - w - y - j - q - x - zh - ch - sh
2 - Are these all finals?
Finals : a - ai - ao - an - ang - e - ei - en - eng - i(after ch, sh, zh) - i(after c, s, z) - i - ia - ie - iu - in - ing - ian - iang - iong - iao - o - ou - ong - u - ua - ui - uo - un - uan - uang - uai - ü - ün - üan - üe - er
3 - Are these all tones?

4 - is that all what I need to learn in pinyin, or there is other things?

y and w are not initial,there are 39 finals.besides 1st 2ed 3rd 4th tone there is a neutral tone
finals are: a ai ao an ang e ei en eng er o ou ong ;i ia iao iang ie in ing iu（iou) iong ; u ua uai uang ueng ui（uei） un（uen） uo ； ü ün üan üe ；ê， the ê is written as e，trust me, my major is Chinese in university.
