How to say "I can't help but do something"?
I just learnt "-bilmek" suffix to mean "can do something" and also negative form.
So we have "koşabilirim" -- "I can run" and "koşamam" -- "I cannot run".
How do I say "I cannot not run" -- meaning "I can't help but run" or "I can't help running"?
"I am not able not to run" has the same meaning.

'' koşmadan edemiyorum'', '' koşmama engel olamıyorum'' or '' koşmama mani olamıyorum'' will also work.

I tend to always run every where I go. This is a habit of mine.
