Neither I had no choice to stay in London nor There was no choice I feel I want to choose and I can choose.
I neither wanted to stay in London nor felt I had any other option I could choose.

Your sentence makes no sense at all.
The grammar you need is called "inversion" and, were I to use it, it would make your sentence readable.
