Is it correct to describe my tomorrow's plan? 1) I might go to the clinic tomorrow morning. 2) I might read a book in the afternoon. 3) I might go for a drink at night.

They are all correct, but it sounds like you could change your plans easily.

All of those sentences sound fine to me. For 3, you might say "I might go for a drink tomorrow night" or for 2, "I might go read a book tomorrow afternoon". By specifying that you will do these things "tomorrow", the day after today, that lets the listener know just when you plan to do them.
