I think that foreigner learn Chinese too cute especially when they say Chinese ，but Chinese learn foreign language too stupid when Chinese between each other speak foreign language ,always feel this accent is wrong and that accent is wrong :(

Haha! It's not often that anything I do would be called cute!
But I agree with you that many Chinese people learn foreign languages from other Chinese people, because there are few native speakers to learn from. This means that their accent is often not so good. But it's not just in China where that happens. Many Indians think they can speak English, but they don't realise that what they are speaking is almost incomprehensible to a native speaker.
