Haha these are abbreviations on the internet and smartphones. Before only for young people, but these days many adults use that too. 맛점하세요 = 맛있는 점심 하세요(드세요) Have a good lunch! 즐밤 보내세요 = 즐거운 밤 보내세요 Have a good night! (Strictly, spend a enjoyable night!)

Well, I don't think so. There are many different people in Korea, as in USA. You should not have a prejudice. I think it was just a process of trial and error -- Just, you have not met a good Korean friend yet. Please, don't be disappointed with that. I think a good friend feels responsibility toward you, and really cares about you. If you need any help for learing Korean, I am willing to help you, as always.
