How to ask if someone is doing well
I think that it would be 你很好吗(ni3hen3hao3ma). Is ths correct?

你好吗？no need to say' 很'here.

Hi Isabella,
We don't say "你很好吗"，that is not common. You can say:"你好吗？"or “你过得怎么样”？
Then your friend will answer:"我很好" ：）
