She would crush the lif out of him. Here I have a sentence "She holds his head between her hands, as if she would crush the life out of him." from a film script. What do you think "crush the life out of him" exactly means in this sentence?

The phrase "to crush something out of someone or something" means "to press or squeeze something from someone or something." For example: He crushed the juice out of the grapes. He thought that the weight of the lumber would crush the life out of him. Robert crushed out the juice. (see 'http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/crush+out+of") So, I suppose the actress acted as if she would kill the man.
